These terms govern your visit to Yes SPA at 953 E Sahara Ave Ste A9, Las Vegas, NV 89104, and your use of our website at vegasyesspa.com. By visiting our spa or this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Walk-In and Reservation Policy

Yes SPA operates as a walk-in spa, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most guests arrive without a reservation. Calling (725) 310-0779 ahead is welcome but not required, and we do not hold rooms beyond a few minutes for guests who have phoned in. During our busiest windows (Friday and Saturday late night, post-conference Sunday afternoons), there may be a wait of 5 to 20 minutes. The front desk gives honest wait estimates so you can decide to wait, leave, or come back later.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are flat rate and posted at the front desk. A 30 minute single session is $60. A 60 minute single session is $80. There are no service charges, surge pricing, or first-visit specials that change after one visit. We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and contactless payment. Tipping is voluntary and never required at Yes SPA. Whatever feels right is the right answer.

3. Conduct and Privacy

Yes SPA is a professional massage spa. All sessions are non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate request, language, or behavior toward our staff will result in immediate termination of the session, no refund, and a permanent ban from the location. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion. All guests must be 18 years or older. Photo identification may be requested. We treat every guest with the same respect and expect the same in return.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

Because Yes SPA is walk-in based, there is no formal cancellation fee. If you have called ahead to request a specific therapist or time and cannot make it, please call (725) 310-0779 to let us know so we can offer the slot to other guests. Repeated no-shows after phone reservation may result in our requesting walk-in only on future visits.

5. Health and Safety

Massage at Yes SPA is provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any of the following, please consult your physician before booking a session: recent surgery, blood clots, active infections, severe heart conditions, or any acute injury. Tell your therapist at the start of the session about any health condition that may affect pressure or positioning. Pregnancy massage is not offered at Yes SPA.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on vegasyesspa.com, including text, photos, logos, and design, is the property of Yes SPA and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any part of this website without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yes SPA, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your visit or your use of this website. By visiting our spa, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any pre-existing health condition you may have.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

9. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the spa or our website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
